Do Pollina's clothes products  are sold elsewhere than on the website?

Yes. The sale is made online via the website and also in person via the Pollina's clothes depot which is located in Grace Holland (schedule on the home page)


How often are products replenished?

We do our best to quickly offer a new stock but we depend on the availability of products according to the suppliers do not hesitate to click on the button ale alert me to be informed of a possible restocking.

I made an order. When will she arrive?

The preparation of an order is 1 to 2  working days. Then, the order is processed by Bpost within 2 to 5 working days for France and Belgium and 3 to 10 working days for other countries. Can we return an order?

If unfortunately some products in your order do not meet your expectations, only the damaged products will be replaced within 14 working days from the date of the order. The customer must include photos of the products upon receipt in the return package.

The goods must be returned to us in new condition, in their original packaging and unused, failing which the refund cannot be made.

Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
